Returns:
If your gear doesn't strike the right chord, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exchange:
Craving a different tune? We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just send back the item in its original condition, and we'll send you the Hellcast masterpiece you desire.
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact our unholy customer support at satan@hellcastanglers.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Pack the item securely, ensuring it's fit for its return journey through the abyss. Ship the item back to us using a method that offers tracking, as we're not responsible for lost returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange with the speed of a metal riff.
Exceptions:
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
